American Express's initiative called "Small Business Saturday" is one of the unique projects, which undertake various measures to uplift economic development of the small businesses and promote job opportunities for them. The national event is set to be held on November 26, 2011. More than 200 organizations so far have joined the initiative to encourage the consumers to shop locally from small businesses. Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corp., a global giant in providing credit management solutions, has also become a part of this project. Being a part of this initiative, the D&B will be working towards increasing awareness amongst the businesses regarding the importance and methods of maintaining business credit in such a volatile economic condition. D&B will also leverage their expertise to assist small businesses in managing customers and increasing their brand visibility.

The Vice Chairman and the Managing Director of the Mahindra group, Mr Anand Mahindra has been invited to Nice, France to speak at the third edition of G20 Young Entrepreneurs Summit which is held on 2nd November 2011.
The summit would be a great opportunity for 1000 young entrepreneurs from the 20 member states and many big business leaders to get together and share their ideas on how entrepreneurship would affect their businesses and how entrepreneurship is the key component of an economical growth.
At the summit, Mr Mahindra has been asked to participate in the panel discussion on a brand new generation of entrepreneurs and he would be also speaking about the growth of Mahindra into a leading business house in India and a global multinational.
